DMCI Homes Set To Start First Venture Of Condo In Caloocan

November 29, 2022

DMCI Homes is entering the Caloocan City property market after successfully establishing itself in other big Metro Manila cities.

The company will build The Calinea Tower, a single-tower residential condominium on M.H. Del Pilar St. in Grace Park, Caloocan City, and is expected to open at the beginning of next year.

Dennis Yap, vice president for project development, claimed that DMCI Homes is expanding in other high-growth regions in Metro Manila by taking advantage of the progress being done on major government infrastructures.

Because it is surrounded by important access highways and thoroughfares including EDSA, Rizal Avenue, 5th Avenue, 10th Avenue, and A. Bonifacio Avenue, the location of the Calinea Tower is considered to be in a high-growth area.

Major public infrastructures including the LRT-1, Skyway Stage 3, NLEX Harbor Link, NLEX-SLEX Connector, and the PNR North-South Commuter Express are all located close to the condominium.

Additionally, The Calinea Tower is conveniently located near the city’s major commercial and business districts, as well as shopping malls, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities.
